I wrote a paper yesterday. Is it really necessary that I write another today?

  • I've decided to take an A- in my art history class rather than work for the A because I can't convince myself that writing a paper that's worth 5 points is necessary. Three papers later, I've lost 15 points which, added to the point here and there I've missed on my exams, brings me just below the required points for the A. But what do I really care? I'm graduating in December!

  • I've just about come to the same conclusion. The paper i was supposed to write yesterday did not get written. Why? Well, I'm taking that class pass/fail, and I've done well enough this semester that I could just not write it at all and still pass the class. That being said, I will write it. It's just going to be a few days late. And if points get taken off of it because of that, well.... I really don't care!

  • Depends...what exactly was the paper on?

But I guess, it shouldnt matter too much, cuz I do love your writings!

  • Thanks for the encouraging words, David. You're a sweet guy. :) This is a 3-5 page paper that I'll be writing in French. I'm fairly confident that my writing in French is not as entertaining as my writing in English. But that being said, I do have my moments. :)
